BLACKFOOT- Benjamín Torres Flores, 38, was arraigned June 26 and charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of Lucío Anguiano on Friday, June 23. Octavio Torres, 60, was also arraigned and charged with accessory to murder. On the night of the murder, Blackfoot police responded to a disturbance call which led to the discovery of Anguiano's body. The suspects were arrested the following Sunday. A preliminary hearing was held July 6 in Bingham County Magistrate Court. Anguiano was a migrant worker from Guanajuato, México. His wife, Cuca Deloz, and his four young children in México are trying to have his body returned to Guanajuato.

Octavio Torres, 60, fue detenido y acusado con ser cómplice. En la noche del asesinato, la policía de Blackfoot respondió a una llamada de alboroto que le llevó al descubrimiento del cadáver de Anguiano. Los sospechosos fueron arrestados el domingo siguiente. Una vista preliminar se llevó a cabo el 6 de julio en la Corte Magistral del Condado Bingham. Anguiano fue un obrero migrante de Guanajuato, México. Su esposa, Cuca Deloz, y sus cuatro niños pequeños están procurando a que se le devuelva el cadáver a Guanajuato.
